Standard Return Policy
All furnishings are made-to-order or custom made per your specification(s). Orders may not be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. To ensure an order's success, we offer fabric and finish samples, cuttings for approval (CFAs) and drawings for approval (DFAs) to confirm your and the factory’s expectations.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order and confirm its condition immediately. The fabbricas pack and crate products well, but sometimes damage occurs during transport. If there is a defect or damage, it must be reported to us within 48 hours via email. Include photos of the exterior packaging and the product, so we can submit an insurance claim within a 48-hour window. We will provide explicit instruction for rectifying any damaged or defective products.
All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated.
Products are inspected and packaged carefully by the fabbricas for safe transport via sea or air freight.
Orders ship via sea or air freight from Italy and take 3 weeks or 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, respectively. Curbside and White Glove delivery are available. White Glove service includes delivery, unpacking, placement and debris removal. It does not include electrical installation, however, and requires that you hire a professional electrician to install.
State sales tax does not apply on international orders. When you open an account and/or place an order, we will request your resale certificate.
Customs / Duty Tax
Import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees apply when goods land in the USA and must be paid prior to delivery. FLUID Design does not have a way to determine this charge prior to shipping and is not responsible for these charges
